Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Elevate Collectives.

We sell digital products, including downloadable files, templates, spreadsheets, trackers, and other digital resources. Because our products are delivered digitally and may be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after purchase, all sales are final once access has been provided, except where a refund, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable consumer law.

No change-of-mind refunds

Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • change-of-mind purchases
  • accidental purchases
  • no longer needing or wanting the product
  • failing to read the product description before purchasing
  • expecting features that were not listed in the product description
  • not having the required software, app, device, or account access to use the product
  • downloading, accessing, copying, or using the product and then deciding you no longer want it

Digital delivery

No physical product will be shipped.

After purchase, you will receive access to your digital product through the checkout confirmation page, email, download link, template link, customer account, or another digital delivery method used by our store.

Consumer-law rights

Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or replaces any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Depending on your location, you may be entitled to a remedy if the digital product is faulty, defective, not as described, inaccessible due to an issue caused by us, or if the wrong product was supplied.

Faulty, incorrect, or inaccessible products

  • the file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • the product is materially different from the product description
  • there is a genuine fault with the digital product

  • screenshots or evidence of the issue, where possible

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a suitable solution.

Instant access and cancellation rights

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product with instant access.

For customers in countries or regions that provide a cooling-off or withdrawal period for online purchases, including the United Kingdom and European Union, you agree that by receiving immediate access to the digital product, you may lose your right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase once access, download, or delivery has begun, except where required by law.

Refund decisions

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a refund is not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.

If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
